Afternoon Fire Burns Brush in Napili

Maui firefighters responded to a small brush fire in Napili on Tuesday afternoon.

Fire officials say the incident was reported at around 1:30 p.m. about a half mile mauka of the Phase 2 Pineapple Hill entrance.

Fire crews had the 7500 square foot fire extinguished by around 4 p.m.

There were no damages reported, no injuries, and cause was undetermined.
