Maui Now’s 2012 survey is upon us. Mahalo to everyone who filled out last year’s survey, and big mahalo in advance for everyone who gives us feedback again in 2012.

This time around, 30 gift cards will be given away randomly to everyone who fills out the survey. The survey is 20 questions long. Be sure to fill in your details at the end of the survey to enter the draw. Your name must match your ID to claim your prize.

Prize: Each of the 30 winners will receive one $25 gift card for either the Hard Rock Cafe in Lahaina or Ruby Tuesdays in Kihei (your choice).

Drawing: October 1st, 2012
