Authorities say the 52-year-old man was riding alone when he crashed his dirt bike and was unable to move.

Maui Fire Services Chief Lee Mainaga said the man sustained non-life threatening injuries to his wrist and leg.

After being airlifted to a landing zone, the man was then transported by medics to the Maui Memorial Medical Center for further treatment.
