Kaupakalua Road Closed for Bridge Work

Motorists are advised of a road closure that begins today on Kaupakalua Road due to construction work on a bridge in the area.

The closure is located on Kaupakalua Road, 500 feet north of the Five Corners intersection.

County officials say the closure will remain in effect from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. today through January 25, 2013.

In the interim, motorists are advised to use Ulumalu and Holokai as alternate route around bridge.
