The event features an evening under the stars with a traditional lūʻau dinner and silent action. Entertainment will be provided by the hula and fire dancers of Tihati Productions who will be performing Te Au Moana “The Ocean Tide.”

Hawaii’s cherished kūpuna will also share Hawaiʻi’s legacy and culture through the art of storytelling.

Tickets are $100 for adults ($15 tax deductible), and $30 for keiki 5-12 years old. Admission for kids under the age of five is free. To reserve a table for 10, the cost is $1,200 ($350 of which is tax deductible).

Proceeds from the event will provide financial assistance to individuals who are unable to afford care at Hale Makua. Funds will also help Hale Makua Health Services to continue its 67 year legacy of providing care and a home for individuals in the Maui community who need it most.

Organization officials say the funds raised will further its mission to improve the well-being of those in its care through compassionate personalized health services.

Tickets can be purchased online at halemakua.org or by calling (808) 871-9283.
