5 Vehicle Break-ins on Maui Sept 15 to 21, 2013

There were a total of five vehicle break-ins reported on Maui over a seven day period between Sept. 15 and 21, 2013, police said.

The incidents included the break-in of a variety of vehicles in:  (2) Kahului, and (3) Wailuku.

A complete run-down of incidents is listed below:

Kahului:

  • Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, 5:10 p.m.:  Hāna Highway at 24 Hour Fitness.  2012 Black Toyota Camry.
  • Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, 10 p.m.:  Kaʻahumanu Avenue at the maui Beach Hotel.  2007 Gray Honda CRV.

Wailuku:

  • Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, 5:30 a.m.:  Kanaloa Avenue at the War Memorial football field.  1999 Silver Honda Civic.
  • Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, 5:30 a.m.:  Kanaloa Avenue at the War Memorial football field.  2004 Silver Toyota Tacoma.
  • Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, 5:30 a.m.:  Kanaloa Avenue at the War Memorial football field.  2004 Gold Lexus GS350.
