It’s Christmas Eve tomorrow, and the season brings several dining options all over the island.

Start in the morning at Breakfast with Santa at 8 a.m. at the Sheraton Maui in Lahaina.

Your keiki under 12 can enjoy a special breakfast buffet, cookie decorating and the opportunity to tell Santa their last minute Christmas wishes for $25.

While your little one is busy getting wired on sugar, you can indulge in a decadent champagne brunch for $45.

That evening, Makena Beach & Golf Resort’s Molokini Bar & Grille is hosting a Christmas Eve Buffet from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

The feast includes sage and thyme turkeys, prime rib, Dungeness crab legs, shrimp, sashimi, and a variety of poke as well as chef action stations with chef’s famed bouillabaisse, Japanese pumpkin ravioli and lemongrass corn veloute. Belly on up to the dessert bar after that.

Adults are $65, Children 9-12 are $45 and those 5-8 will run you $35.

Those of you on the east side of the island can attend Ka’uiki Restaurant’s Christmas Eve Prix Fixe dinner at Travaasa Resort in Hana.

The menu starts with your choice of seared pepper spiced ahi tuna “tataki” or Kona cold butter poached lobster.

For an entrée, choose between grilled “kabayaki” tenderloin of beef, Oma coffee curry duck breast, crab crusted Hana bay fresh catch, grilled Kula lavender spiced lamb T-bone or a vegetarian sampler.

Dessert offers your choice of coconut pumpkin chiffon cake or yuzu crème brulee tart.

Travaasa is located at 5031 Hana Highway in Hana and all this can be had for $95 per person and $45 per child under 8.

On Christmas morning, those on the south side can parktake in a festive fruit and flapjack breakfast
from 7 to 10 a.m. at Ko in the Fairmont Kea Lani.

Create your own Christmas pancakes: select from buttermilk, multigrain or taro batter and your choice of extras like mango, banana, strawberry chocolate chip or blueberry. You can also make a savory pancake with cheddar cheese, bacon and sausage. Toppings will include maple or coconut syrup, whipped cream, agave and lavender honey. For those who prefer a lighter fare, freshly blended tropical smoothies and a premium yogurt bar with Hawaiian granola, fresh seasonal fruit and berries, will also be available.

If you get up a little too late for that, consider the Christmas All-Day Buffet from 9:30 a.m to 8 p.m. at the Molokini Bar & Grill in the Makena Beach and Golf Resort.

The menu will shift midday and starts with breakfast favorites such as toasted macadamia nut banana pancakes, peach crepes, an omelet station and Makena’s signature eggs benedict with corn bread croutons, Canadian bacon and chive hollandaise.

For lunch or dinner, move on such savory such selections as pepper seared Ahi or Mongolian BBQ ribs. The carving stations feature spit-roasted rosemary pommery leg of lamb and whole roasted turkey. As always, there will be glorious desserts galore.

Adults are $65, Children 9-12 are $45 and those 5-8 are $35.

With seating from 4 to 8 p.m. those on the west side may choose to celebrate Christmas at Black Rock Steak & Seafood at the Sheraton Maui.

The Christmas day dinner buffet includes seasonal salads like snow crab and water chestnut salad with lemon herb dressing, bay shrimp and grilled winter asparagus
, an international cheese and breadboard, and seafood and sushi.

The carving station offers herb-crusted prime rib of beef and there are also prepared dishes like slow-roasted Farmer John ham, pan-roasted fresh Hawaiian catch, Kabocha pumpkin bisque, assorted steamed dim sum and an array of pastries and desserts.

Ka’uiki Restaurant’s Christmas Day Prix Fixe “Hawaiian” Menu starts with a choice of Chilled Grilled White Shrimp amd Hana Pohole Fern or

Cherry Wood Smoked Kalua Pig.

The entrée features a choice of Roasted Honey Brined Turkey, Estrellas’ Farm guava marinated veal chop, Kona cold lobster Newburg, saffron infused paella or Hana Bay fresh catch.

Dessert is your choice of a hot chocolate melt or Maui lavender ricotta cheesecake.

The meal is $95 per person and $45 per child under 8.
