Maui Police Seek Help in Locating Missing Makawao Woman

Maui police have issued a missing person crime bulletin seeking information on Carly Joann Scott, a 27-year-old Makawao woman who was last seen at around 8 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, at her sister’s home in Haʻikū.

Police say Scott was reported missing at around 10:45 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, 2014, by her mother, Kimberly Scott, who said Carly is five months pregnant.  She tells police that Carly would not just up and leave without telling anyone.

Authorities say the concerned mother did not hear from Carly on Monday, and checked at her Makawao home, but could not locate the woman.

Carly Joann Scott is described as 27 years old with red shoulder length hair, green eyes, weighing 160 pounds, and standing 5-feet-10-inches tall.

She was last seen in a sliver colored 1997 Toyota 4Runner with the Hawaiʻi plates MDE889, and a silver skull in the front grill.

At this time, there are no known medical issues, police said.
