Molokaʻi Landfill Delayed Opening on Feb. 18

By Maui Now Staff
The Molokaʻi Landfill will delay opening until 9:30 a.m. today, Feb. 18, 2014, due to a manpower shortage.
Department officials say the delay is mandatory to ensure safe operations and meet the minimum State Department of Health operating requirements of its solid waste permit.
Personnel from the Solid Waste Division apologized for the inconvenience.
