By Maui Now Staff
The Hawaiʻi State Senate continues its investigation into allegations of misconduct at the state hospital with a committee meeting scheduled to take place Wednesday, July 30, 2014, at the Hawaiʻi Capitol.
Two hospital administrators — William May and William Sheehan — were subpoenaed to testify at tomorrow’s Senate investigative committee meeting.
The Committee was formed during the 2014 legislative session to conduct an investigation of the workplace safety of psychiatric workers and allegations of administrative improprieties.
The committee is also tasked with investigation of alleged failure to conform to established employment policies and practices at the Hawaiʻi State Hospital.
So far, the group has held nine hearings.
