The West Maui Taxpayers Association (WMTA) is holding a whale watching fundraiser event on Feb. 21, 2015.

Participants will be treated to an up-close view of the giant marine mammals at peak season aboard the Ocean Odyssey. The boat departs from the Pacific Whale Foundation at Mā‘alaea Harbor’s main loading dock. Check-in begins at 1:30 p.m. with the watch commencing from 2 to 4 p.m. Snacks and drinks will be provided by the WMTA, but a separate cash bar will also be open for individual purchases.

Tickets are $25 each ($15 for ages 3 to 12, free for ages 2 and under) and are expected to sell out fast. Each adult ticket purchase comes with a one-year associate membership with WMTA.
