The annual competition recognizes and encourages creativity in youth across the state.
Rep. Gabbard will announce the winners of the district-wide competition this Saturday, March 28 in a ceremony at the Hawaiʻi State Capitol.
The first-place piece will be displayed for one year in the US Capitol alongside winners from other US congressional districts.
