Bank of Hawaiʻi Foundation is now accepting nominations/applications for the 2015 Bank of Hawaiʻi Foundation Mike Lyons Maui Community Award.

Nonprofits on Maui, Lānaʻi and Molokaʻi are invited to apply by May 29, 2015.

The award provides one or more grants up to $30,000.

Nominations may be made by the public or by the 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organizations.

The award was established in 2004 in honor of the late, retired Senior Vice President and Maui District Manager Michael H. Lyons II, a dedicated community leader throughout his 41-year career with the Bank of Hawaiʻi.

Bank of Hawaiʻi Foundation is especially interested in programs in the areas of community development, education or housing that will benefit Maui County residents, including low- to moderate-income youth and their families.

Application forms are available online and at all Bank of Hawaiʻi branches in Maui County.

Nomination materials should be submitted to: Bank of Hawaiʻi Foundation, P.O. Box 3170, Honolulu, HI 96802-3170.
