Courtyard Maui Earns TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award

Friendly staff, convenient location and awesome value are just some of the Courtyard Maui Kahului Airport‘s guests’ comments that helped the hotel earn TripAdvisor’s 2015 Certificate of Excellence award.

The prestigious accolade, now in its fifth year, takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of guest opinions submitted on TripAdvisor as well as the Maui hotel’s tenure and ranking on the site’s Popularity Index.

To receive the honor, Courtyard Maui Kahului Airport maintained an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five in the last 12 months.

Guests praised rooms that “are immaculate,” “a nice pool,” the “well-trained front desk staff” and “excellent coffee” at The Bistro — Eat. Drink. Connect.

TripAdvisor senior contributor JPriceisright wrote: “This is a class act. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport and also to close-by restaurants.”

A guest from Marietta, Georgia, noted that the hotel is a “great place to start for a sunrise bike tour of Haleakalā.”

A guest from Vancouver, Canada, said she and her husband stayed five nights and loved the “very clean” rooms and “very comfortable” beds.

In addition to thoughtful amenities and services, visitors expressed satisfaction in the superior service they received during their stay.

A guest from Winnipeg, Canada, shared that the “customer service was remarkable” with “no question or request unfulfilled.”

A guest also noticed that the Kahului hotel’s staff “greeted each guest as they came and went.”
