William Laborte Sr.

(Monday, November 7th, 1932 – Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015)

William Laborte Sr., 82, of Lahaina, passed away on June 2, 2015 at Kula Hospital. He was born on November 7, 1932 in Puʻunēnē, Maui.

Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Waiola Church in Lahaina, service and eulogy will begin at 11 a.m.; scattering of ashes will be held at a later date.

William was a retired golf course groundskeeper at the Kāʻanapali Resort Golf Course.

He is survived by his children, Rose (David) Rabanal, William (Connie) Laborte, Jr., Clarence “Halona” (Karen) Laborte, Windley (Wendy) Laborte, and Lisa Laborte; sisters, Elsie (Eddie) Hook, and Elizabeth (Herman) Edlao; 10 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
