Not only does this site provide fun activities for kids, but it’s also a real crowd pleaser for foodies and those that want to visit a fabulous Upcountry Maui farm.

Located on the slopes of Haleakalā, all guests will definitely love breathtaking island scenery and many wonderful photo ops from the Surfing Goat Dairy Farm location.

Visiting the Surfing Goat Dairy is a great way to learn more about Maui’s agricultural tourism offerings. This working goat dairy offers daily “casual” tours that do not require reservations between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays.

The daily tours provide an opportunity for everyone to taste cheeses and peruse the farm, and for kids to spend some time visiting with the goats.

At 3:15 p.m .Monday through Saturday, visitors are also invited to check out the “Evening Chores & Milking Tour.” Reservations are required for this tour, when guests will learn more detailed information about day-to-day operations at the Surfing Goat Dairy.

The two-hour “Grand Dairy Tour” is an amazing opportunity for those who would like to feed and milk the goats, see the entire cheese making process in detail and sample all available cheeses at the dairy.

For over nine years, the Surfing Goat Dairy has been producing award winning “Maui Gourmet Cheeses,” and providing outstanding Maui farm tours and activities. The most popular products available at this Maui ag farm are from their gourmet chevre collection: Udderly Delicious (plain and salted), Garden Fantasia (with fresh herbs), Mandalay (with apple bananas and curry), O Sole Mio (with sun dried tomatoes), Purple Rain (infused with Maui lavender) and the seasonally available Canada Chevre (with cinnamon, cranberry and honey). The Surfing Goat Dairy also produces award winning Gourmet Quark, Tzatziki, aged gourmet goat cheeses, and a handful of fabulous goat cheese and chocolate Maui truffles.
