Families and friends have a new gathering place to celebrate life’s milestones and triumphs with the debut of Fairmont Kea Lani’s new private outdoor dining venue: Kō Garden.

Kō, the resort’s signature restaurant, offers guests a unique dining experience, highlighting Hawaii’s plantation era-inspired cuisine. Led by award-winning executive chef Tylun Pang, Kō cuisine showcases local ingredients and the culinary influence of Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino, Portuguese, Korean and Japanese immigrants on the distinct flavors of the islands.

“We are thrilled to offer guests of Fairmont Kea Lani the opportunity to make some of life’s finest memories in the private and intimate setting of Kō Garden,” says Charles Head, General Manager of Fairmont Kea Lani. “This highly memorable location features warm trade wind breezes, sunset views and a truly idyllic setting to host family reunions, engagement dinners, birthdays, holiday parties and more”.
