Spa Helani to Hold Yoga & Wine Fundraiser Oct. 7

Spa Helani, a Heavenly Spa by Westin at The Westin Kā‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas, will host the second event in its Namaste & Chardonnay yoga and cocktail series to benefit the Pacific Cancer Foundation on Wednesday, Oct. 7 from 5 to 6 p.m. on the resort’s Ocean Lawn.

The event will feature local Maui yoga instructor Julie Mitchell and musician Jimi Canha.

A $15 fee per person includes the one-hour yoga class, one glass of wine at Pailolo Bar & Grill following the event and a $5 donation to the Pacific Cancer Foundation.

“At Spa Helani, we are always looking for ways to help our guests find balance and relaxation,” said Sarah Hisey, the resort’s spa director. “We are also committed to supporting our local community. Namaste & Chardonnay will be a fun and rejuvenating experience for all participants that continues to give beyond the class by supporting the Pacific Cancer Foundation.”

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and towels.
