Max’s Restaurant will join Maui Mall’s family of more than 35 merchants. The international Philippine cuisine franchise is opening its first neighbor- island location on Maui, and its third in the state of Hawaiʻi. Max’s Restaurant is located across from IHOP in Maui Mall.

Max’s Restaurant will open daily for lunch and dinner. The casual family-friendly restaurant is known for its fried chicken and traditional Filipino dishes.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring Max’s Restaurant to Maui,” says owner Ernie Abarro.  “Max’s will bring back fond memories of home for Filipinos and excitement to those who have not tasted traditional Philippine Cuisine, especially the best fried chicken that every Filipino family can vouch for.”
