Kai Kanani is setting sail this Saturday, March 5 with culinary creations from Chef Chris Kulis of The Market Maui by Capische? in Wailea. The sunset dinner cruise includes a five-course tasting menu that includes salads, cheeses, meats, poached local fish, slow-cooked Mālama Farms pork shank, Kula corn and taro purée, along with a chocolate mason jar dessert.
