boh mike lyonsBank of Hawaii Foundation will accept nominations/applications for the 2016 Bank of Hawaii Foundation Mike Lyons Maui Community Award through April 22, 2016.

Nominations may be made by the public or by 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations on Maui, Lāna‘i and Moloka‘i.

The award provides one or more grants up to $30,000.

The award was established in 2004 in honor of late BOH Senior Vice President and Maui District Manager Michael H. Lyons II, who was a dedicated community leader throughout his 41-year career with the bank.

Bank of Hawaii Foundation is particularly interested in programs in the areas of community development, education or housing that will benefit residents of Maui County, including low- to moderate-income youth and their families.

Application forms are available at www.boh.com/MikeLyons and at all Bank of Hawaii branches in Maui County.

Nomination materials should be submitted to Bank of Hawaii Foundation, P.O. Box 3170, Honolulu, HI 96802-3170.
