UPDATE: Maui Electric has restored power to all affected customers as of 5:36 p.m.

Maui Electric Company has confirmed a power outage in parts of Lahaina in West Maui.

Crews are responding to initial reports of a circuit outage.
This has resulted in traffic signal outages on several side streets in Lahaina Town.
Motorists are asked to proceed with caution and drive carefully.
