North: Wave heights are expected to be waist/chest high today in the morning.
West: Surf is pretty flat today for west shores. Exposures catching the northwest will get up to knee/waist high with standouts reaching chest high on the sets.
South: Surf is knee/waist high today with the best breaks reaching chest high from time to time.
Old southwest swell continues to fade Monday. Some energy is expected to filter in Monday and peak Tuesday around chest high or so. Another southwest swell is expected to fill in Wednesday.
A northwest swell is expected to top out early Monday before slowly fading. The best spots could get up to chest or even shoulder/head high on the sets.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break.
