It’s not too late to attend the third annual Seabury Hall Football Camp, slated for Monday through Wednesday, June 13-15, at the Olinda campus Upcountry.

Athletes between the ages of 6-15 are eligible to attend next week’s three-day football summer camp, which starts at 8 a.m. and concludes at 4 p.m. daily.

Camp participants will receive instruction in the fundamentals of football for all positions, with the coaches tailoring each person’s program to their individual skill level.

College coach Curtis Allen, founder of the California All-State Football game, leads the camp coaching staff. Allen will be assisted by Spartans’ defensive coordinator Dave Carino and coaches Halakilangi Muagututi’a, Sivi Hifo, Mark Brownstead, and Mana Cramer.

“We plan to form teams of six to 10 kids,” said Carino, depending on the total number of participants. “The camp is designed to teach football position skills, with an emphasis on speed and agility. And of course we are going to do other fun things, some of which are not related to football.”

The camp cost is $120.

Campers are asked to bring football cleats, water, and their own lunch or snacks.
