Marina Batham has joined the Wailea Realty Corporation team as a managing broker.
“The addition of Marina to our management team is truly significant,” said Brad MacArthur, principal broker and co-owner of Wailea Realty Corp. “We are enthused to bring on a broker-in-charge of this caliber and skill set, and I think this demonstrates our commitment to support our clients and Wailea Realty agents.”
Batham’s in-depth community and market knowledge, negotiation skills, sense of professionalism and her client-first approach made her one of the top agents on Maui, according to Wailea Realty.
She was named “Real Estate Sales Person” of the year in 2007.
Prior to joining Wailea Realty, she was the broker-in-charge for Coldwell Banker.
Batham’s community involvement has included serving as the director of Realtor’s Association of Maui, chairperson for RAM Government Affairs Committee and director of the Kīhei Community Association.
“We are excited to add Marina Batham and her passionate leadership, enthusiasm and experience to the Wailea Realty Team” said Tom Tezak, broker and co-owner of Wailea Realty.
As a managing broker, Batham will teach and share her experience and knowledge about technical, contractual, financial, market and community information with her agents on a daily basis. She will also oversee the lead Wailea Realty’s current generation program.
“I am eager to join this thriving office and help it grow further,” said Batham. “I look forward to bringing my years of experience to nurture agents to expand the Wailea Realty Corp. team.”
Batham was born in the British Virgin Islands, grew up in New Zealand and has lived all over the world, including raising her two children in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Maui.
She is an avid sailor, kite surfer and rock climber and truly loves Maui’s outdoor lifestyle.
