Longtime rock legend and Rock & Brews co-founder Paul Stanley is featured on the cover of Food & Beverage Magazine’s September issue, available now.

Rock & Brews, which has a location in Pā‘ia, and Stanley are featured in a cover story spread which profiles Stanley’s collaboration with Gene Simmons, as well as the restaurant’s locations, food and atmosphere. He also discusses Rock & Brews’ rapid expansion across the nation.

That’s not all. For it’s second consecutive year, Rock & Brews was included in Restaurant Business’ Future 50 and was named in Nation’s Restaurant News’ Next 20 and Breakout Brands list.

Rock & Brews was founded by Simmons and Stanley of KISS, along with partners, restauranteur Michael Zislis and concert industry veterans Dave and Dell Furano. Rock and Brews Pā‘ia opened in 2014; there are 13 other locations throughout the mainland.
