Hall & Oates October Hawaiʻi Concerts Cancelled
The Daryl Hall & John Oates shows in Hawaiʻi on Oct. 27 and 29 will be cancelled.
Representatives with the BAMP Project said, “Unfortunately, Daryl Hall has an issue with his tonsils that requires medical attention and has been advised by his doctors not to sing for the next seven weeks.”
In a statement issued today, BAMP representatives said, “While Daryl and John do not want to disappoint their Hawaiʻi fans, the shows in Honolulu at the Blaisdell Arena on Oct. 27 and on Maui at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center on Oct. 29 will need to be cancelled while this important medical issue is immediately addressed.”
Both shows were scheduled to feature special guest Henry Kapono.
Oʻahu refunds for the Blaisdell Box Office ticket sales will start on Friday, Oct. 7 at 10 a.m. HST. Ticketmaster phone charges and online sales will automatically be credited to customer’s accounts.
Maui refunds will be issued beginning Friday, Oct. 7 at 10 a.m. HST. All tickets purchased by credit card will be automatically credited to the patron’s accounts. Tickets purchased with cash will need to be returned to the point of purchase at the MACC Box Office for a refund. All fees will be refunded to all patrons.
Representatives with Live Nation and the BAMP Project apologized for the inconvenience.
