Condé Nast Traveler today announced the results of its 29th annual Readers’ Choice Awards with Maui topping the list of Best Islands in the US, and the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort recognized as number one on the list of the 30 Best Resorts in Hawaiʻi.

Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards 2016 awards took into consideration the input of some 300,000 travelers.

“The breadth of their top-rated experiences was impressive, from elegant castles in the Irish countryside to tented safari camps trailing the Great Migration across the Serengeti,” according to an announcement on the company’s website.
