Relay For Life brings communities together to celebrate those who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost and inspire everyone to fight back.

As the ACS marks this milestone, the organization wants to celebrate the role Relay For Life volunteers have played in the fight against cancer.

ACS is asking the community to paint Maui purple in order to visually depict how Relay For Life brings hope.

ACS encourages Maui residents and visitors to demonstrate their passion and resolve to end this disease.

Nearly everyone has been touched by cancer in some way.

“Paint Maui Purple” will promote Relay For Life as an event that brings hope to those fighting the disease on the island and can help increase participation, fundraising, and volunteerism. Your demonstration of hope can inspire others to fight back.

Relay For Life has grown into an international movement to end cancer because individual communities have made the event their own.
