Missing Maui Man Last Seen Thursday

The Maui Police Department is requesting assistance in locating George William Snipes.

Snipes, 59, goes by the name “Bill” and is described as 6’1” tall and weighs approximately 175 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Snipes was last heard from on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016 at approximately 11 a.m. Police say he is possibly operating his silver Toyota Tacoma 4-door pick-up truck, Hawaiʻi State license plate MMT966. This pickup truck has a large, black fishhook sticker in the center of the rear tailgate and a Kamehameha Schools sticker on the rear window.

If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Snipes and/or his vehicle, please call the Maui Police Department at (808)244-6400, or 911 in an emergency, and reference case number 16-045970.
