Looking Ahead
Trade winds will remain strong and gusty through Saturday, then ease a bit Sunday through Monday before increasing once again Tuesday through the middle of next week. Trade showers will primarily affect windward coasts and slopes through the period, but will occasionally spread to leeward areas. Showers should be somewhat less active Friday through Saturday as a drier airmass moves over the state. The showers are then expected to increase in coverage once again Saturday night into Sunday as the remnants of a dissipated front pass through. Fairly typical trade wind showers are then expected Sunday night through early next week, before becoming more active for the middle and latter part of next week as an upper level disturbance moves overhead.
Today
Partly cloudy and windy today. Scattered showers for windward spots with just isolated showers for leeward areas. High temperatures from 80° to 85°. Northeast winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph.

Tonight
