Seabury Girls Soccer Team Defeats No. 4 Waipahu, 4-3

The Seabury Hall girls soccer team from Maui defeated Number 4 ranked Waipahu 4-3 on Thursday during the Division II Queen’s Medical Center Girls Soccer State Championships at Waipiʻo Peninsula Soccer Complex.

Seabury’s Makena Dougherty scored two goals with Jenna Carvalho and Alissa Lei Walin scoring the other two goals.

The Seabury girls go on to play against Number 1 Hawaiʻi Prep at 1 p.m. today.

In the Division I bracket, Maui’s Number 3 Baldwin fell to Pearl City, 2-1 on Thursday.  Baldwin’s single goal was scored by Skylar Littlefield, 25:37, into the game.
