The LUANA Experience Series at the Fairmont Kea Lani’s lobby lounge is redefining the bar experience with special events each Friday that highlight the bar’s distinct approach to small batch beers and wines along with the creativity of the LUANA mixologists and the modern cocktail.

Every Friday night a new event will showcase the flavors and cuisine of Maui through themed celebrations. This month will include Firkin Friday, Project Cocktail, Oh….Wine Not? and Friday Night Films.

Firkin Friday, in partnership with Maui Brewing Company, highlights an exclusive cask ale (aka firkin) and cask ale-chemy, or beer cocktails, on the first Friday of the month. The keg is tapped at 4:30 p.m. and features live music from 7 to 10 p.m.

Project Cocktail shines a light on the bar’s impressive technical approach to the modern cocktail every second Friday of the month.

Oh….Wine Not? features tastings of wines from around the globe every third Friday and Friday Night Films celebrates cocktails inspired by the silver screen on the fourth Friday of the month beginning at 7:30 p.m., with live music from 7 to 10 p.m.

“Step up to the bar and the energy and enthusiasm of the mixologists at LUANA will inspire you to taste something new or reintroduce you to an old favorite with a new twist,” explains Lisa Nordstrom, LUANA Manager.  “The LUANA Experience Series pushes our creativity to a whole new level in a way that is unprecedented on Maui,” continues Nordstrom.

LUANA is open daily from 4 to 11 p.m., with live music Friday and Saturday between 7 and 10 p.m. Valet parking is complimentary.
