Maui Surfer Girls Honors Mothers Throughout the Month of May

In honor of Mother’s Day, Maui Surfer Girls is offering a ‘Buy 2 and Get 1 Free’ deal for their group surf lessons during the month of May.

“Moms do so much all year long, we wanted to give them back a little treat by offering them the chance to surf with their family for free,” said founder and director Dustin Tester. “We aren’t limiting this free surf lesson to just moms, as we know that not all families look alike, so this offer is open to any group of three or more people over the age of eight.”

Maui Surfer Girls started as a summer camp for teen girls back in 2001 and has grown into one of Maui’s top-rated surf schools.

“As a female-owned and female run company, our goal is to get more women out on the water,” Tester continued. “Whether you are surfing with your family or get a bunch of ladies together for a girls-day out while the kids are in school, make this a May to remember.”

Surf lessons are open to beginner and intermediate surfers.

Group surf lessons offer a 4:1 student to teacher ratio. Lessons are two hours, and take place at Ukumehame Beach Park, also known as Thousand Peaks. Booties, rash guard and equipment will be provided.

The offer is valid on Group Lessons that take place between May 1-May 31, 2017, at 8 or 10:30 a.m., the offer is not valid with private or semi-private lessons or lessons that take place at 1 p.m.).
