Looking Ahead
Our moderate trades are forecast to ease tonight through part of the weekend. An unstable airmass is expected to remain over the islands today with the chance of thunderstorms and heavy rainfall lingering. A drier more stable airmass is forecast to fill in across the state tonight and Friday, with showers favoring our usual windward and mauka spots through the middle of next week.

We expect east winds around 15 to 20 mph. High temperatures are forecast from 83° to 89°. Mostly cloudy skies with windward showers likely and scattered leeward showers. There is a chance of thunderstorms and heavy rain today as well.
