Our current south-southwest has peaked and Wednesday this swell will slowly fade out. South-southeast swell is forecast for the second part of the work week and into the weekend… but pretty small. Nothing significant is forecast out of the South Pacific at this time.
Trade swell is forecast to hang around through the work week as trade winds will stay at moderate to breezy levels through the week. Into the weekend this trade swell could start to drop as a slight decrease in wind speeds is expected.
Keep in mind, surf heights are measured on the face of the wave from trough to crest. Heights vary from beach to beach, and at the same beach, from break to break. Â
