Previously, the café that catered exclusively at the 2017 Maui Film Festival in Wailea, was open solely for breakfast and lunch serving up organic, gluten free and vegan options, and delicious coffee, with authentic recipes from Greece.

“We have created a special dinner menu for our guests with fresh ideas we brought from our recent trip back to Greece this summer,” said owners Adonis and Santuzza, a Greek-Brazilian couple.

Dinner menu items include baked feta with sesame seeds and Greek honey, beet, carrot and goat cheese salad in a citrus vinaigrette, vegan zucchini pappardelle, classic moussaka as well as a vegan gluten-free version and warm apple-pie with whipped cream.
