Expedia used destinations from its annual Flip Flop Report and analyzed tens of thousands of social media conversations to find that Kāʻanapali Beach stood out for being a great spot for dare devils.

The area is popularly known for cliff diving at Puʻu Kekaʻa off of the Sheraton resort; and visitors are known to frequent the ziplining tours on the mauka side of Kāʻanapali, offered by Skyline Eco-Adventures.

According to the report, Kāʻanapali Beach earned high marks as being clean, safe, affordable and relaxing with good weather.

Other Hawaiʻi beaches on the list were Poʻipū on Kauaiʻi, as well as Waikīkī and Kailua on Oʻahu.
