US Representative Tulsi Gabbard visited small businesses and workers on Maui on Monday, Aug. 6, 2018.

Among her stops was at the local woman-owned small business, the Choice Health Bar, which recently opened its newest location in Pāʻia.

The congresswoman talked with co-owner Kathryn Dahm and her staff about how Choice is working to source local and sustainable ingredients and improve access to fresh and healthy food for the Maui community.
