The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua invites guests to enliven the senses and enhance the palate through Hook + Knife, the resort’s recently inaugurated dinner series. Taking place nightly in the property’s reimagined Ulana Terrace, the exclusive pop-up dinner series features a special amalgamation of local and innovative dishes each created by the diversely talented Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua culinary team.

Embracing the essence of “Ulana,” meaning “to weave” in Native Hawaiian, Hook + Knife merges traditional local culture with unique and unexpected global influences to serve fusions of favorites grounded in steakhouse classics. Featuring the island’s fresh and high-quality ingredients, the Hook + Knife menu presents a selection of choice cuts of beef, freshly caught local seafood, sashimi and sushi, alongside a farm-fresh showcase of garden salads, Hawaiian seafood chowder, artisan cheeses and dessert selection.

Spearheaded by Executive Sous Chef Meredith Manee, The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua culinary team has crafted a menu and world-class dining experience unlike any other.

During Wine Wednesdays at Hook + Knife, guest can enjoy half-off pricing of select bottles of wine every Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Guests can also save 50 percent on the signature Ulana Seafood Tower and Moet champagne by the glass, during Off the Hook Hours – 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. nightly.
