The closure of South Kīhei Road for resurfacing work from Kūlanihākoʻi to Kauhaʻa streets has temporarily resulted in the closure of eight bus stops in Kīhei, the county Department of Transportation reported.

The road closure has affected north- and southbound stops on both sides of streets near South Kīhei Road’s intersections with Piʻikea Avenue, Waipuilani Road and Kūlanihākoʻi and Kaonoulu streets.
