The criteria for obtaining the award includes exemplifying the company motto of “Helping People, Changing Lives,” as well as reflecting MEO’s core values of teamwork, integrity, personal excellence, empathy, creativity and flexibility. Additional Driver criteria also includes driving for a minimum of 1100 hours in the calendar year, being accident free and meeting attendance standards.

MEO executives say Oliveros was recognized for meeting and exceeding all of these qualities with kindness and compassion while putting in 100% to get the job done with a positive “can do” attitude and a smile.
