Kanaio traffic accident. PC: Francine Pacheco

Piʻilani Highway (Hwy 31) is closed at mile marker 17 in Kanaio due to a vehicle accident.

The road closure went into effect at 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2019.

Police say the highway is closed in both directions until further notice.
