Na Wahine o Ke Kai Race Results

71 crews battled it out across the Kaiwi Channel for the 41st annual Na Wahine o Ke Kai race.

Team Bradley of Oʻahu rose above the rest, finishing the Molokaʻi to Oʻahu course in 6 hours and 27 minutes.

Race officials say the morning started out with beautiful conditions as the crews made their way to the starting line.

However, the middle of the channel seemed to hold adverse conditions and shifting tides, which prolonged the race for all of the crews.

This yearʻs race was the longest in Na Wahine history, according to officials.

Officials also noted that participants were surprised at how long the race took to complete.
