Baldwin High Cheer Team Claims State Title

Baldwin High School’s cheerleading team took top honors at this yearʻs state championships earlier today.

The bears outshined Mililani High by 11 points for the Hawaiʻi High School Athletic Association large division title.

Baldwin and Mililani were the only two contenders in that category.

The bears’ coach Kealii Molina said the squad practices about 12 to 15 hours each week.

“It’s an amazing feeling to know that all of our hard work has paid off,” Molina added.
