Maui Crime Oct. 27-Nov. 2: Burglaries, Break-Ins, Thefts

Maui police responded to 11 burglaries, 11 vehicle thefts and 12 vehicle break-ins in Maui County over a seven day period from Oct. 27 to Nov. 2, 2019.

Burglaries were up 10 percent from the week before when 10 incidents were reported over the seven day period. Vehicle thefts also increased 10 percent; and vehicle break-ins were up 140 percent from the week before, when 5 incidents were reported.
