As the Kea Lani Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Kea Lani Restaurant Manager with opening our venue for breakfast service, conducting pre-shifts, supporting the colleagues and providing coverage in the absence of the department manager.
What you will be doing:
· Provide support in our breakfast venues as needed
· Ensure the morning staff are set up for success each morning and have the tools needed in order to succeed
· Check service stations for necessary equipment and set up
· Operate as the point of contact between hourly colleagues and Leadership team; assume the role of the Manager in their absence
· Work in partnership with the Food & Beverage Leaders and Kitchen staff to execute a smooth and flawless operation of the Front and Back of House
· Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
Your experience and skills include:
· One year food & beverage experience
· Previous point of sale system experience preferred
· Understanding process and operation of Open Table
· Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
Certifications or Licenses:
· Tuberculosis Clearance
· Maui County Liquor Card
· SafeServ Certification or Hawaii Food Handler's Card
