Providing inspired Food & Beverage to highlight the destination we represent is one of our passions. As the Kea Lani Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Kea Lani Restaurant Manager with opening our venue for breakfast service, conducting pre-shifts, supporting the colleagues and providing coverage in the absence of the department manager.
What you will be doing:
· Provide support in our breakfast venues as needed
· Ensure the morning staff are set up for success each morning and have the tools needed in order to succeed
· Check service stations for necessary equipment and set up
· Operate as the point of contact between hourly colleagues and Leadership team; assume the role of the Manager in their absence
· Work in partnership with the Food & Beverage Leaders and Kitchen staff to execute a smooth and flawless operation of the Front and Back of House
· Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
Your experience and skills include:
· One year food & beverage experience
· Previous point of sale system experience preferred
· Understanding process and operation of Open Table
· Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
Certifications or Licenses:
· Tuberculosis Clearance
· Maui County Liquor Card
· SafeServ Certification or Hawaii Food Handler's Card
