Join our team as an Administrative Assistant supporting our Maui Properties! You’ll play a key role in office operations, property management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for property managers and the general manager.
Coordinate daily office activities, schedule appointments, and manage communications.
Maintain files and records for office, leasing, vendors, and personnel.
Order and restock office and janitorial supplies.
Assist with tenant relations, including distributing correspondence and updating contact lists.
Support property management tasks such as work orders, vendor accounts, and insurance certificates.
Help organize company events and assist with travel arrangements.
Process payroll, new hire paperwork, and maintain personnel files.
Handle basic accounting tasks: bank deposits, petty cash, expense reports, and invoice processing.
Participate in staff meetings and support team projects.
Represent the company in community organizations and volunteer programs.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Experience with office software and equipment.
Prior administrative or property management experience preferred.
