The Estate Manager position’s responsibilities include all aspects of property management. This includes security, mechanical system, audio visual system, computer network, vehicle maintenance, accounting, landscaping and guest services. Guest services include culinary provisions, transportation, laundry/valet, housekeeping etc… The Estate Manager is the most senior position on property and is responsible for setting and maintaining the highest levels of excellence in all aspects of the property’s maintenance and services.
