We are recruiting for three (3) full-time Billing Specialists for our new offices in Wailuku. The Billing Specialist is responsible for medical and dental billing, third-party and patient follow-up and excellent patient services, ensuring optimal billing and follow-through standards are maintained. The Billing Specialist will conduct research, resolve and communicate patient billing discrepancies and adjustments, work with our Member Services team to communicate updated insurance demographics and sliding fee documentation as well as assist front desk staff with ensuring accurate insurance, proof of income for sliding fee, and patient current demographic data matches patient data in our electronic medical record database.
